Wincanton racecourse
Situated in the heart of the Somerset countryside, Wincanton is on the B3081 which in turn is off the A303. It is 37 miles from Bristol and 16 miles from Yeovil.
Its feature racedays include Countryside Day, Badger Ales Day, Connaught Cup Day, Kingwell Day and the Easter and Boxing Day meetings. A mile and a half round, it is a fair, galloping track which suits front-runners.
